Two words: GIFT CARD! I received a perfect gift card from a Lady who LOVES ME SO...(you know who you are wink wink) for my birthday! So after church we headed over to Haywood Mall and I entered my earthly heaven. So many colors,fabrics and perfect prints. I didn't know what to do or where to start. My kids ran amuck and I was not paying attention. I was too engrossed in long printed sundresses and cute blue and white printed cocktail frocks! In the end I chose two cute summer shirts that were not only on sale and super cheap BUT were practical and feminine. I will be back very soon. Uncle Sam has another gift for me in the mail and I plan on thanking him by recycling it right back into the economy... Just a pinch though. My trips to the GAP are not as frequent as they used to be. Our new home has been my newest obsession.... just for now. I will never forsake my GAP. After all where else can a lady shop???

ReplyDeleteOne of my best friends husbands was a manager at the gap forever, so I always got a head up on upcoming sales - and also got the friends and family discount a few times a year. Well, after he graduated from school he quit. :( And to top it off I guess our local mall started mistreating our GAP - so GAP left the mall. Now instead of five minutes I have to go 35 minutes to the closest GAP. It sucks! I love the KIDS/BABY GAP! I have got Mikade some super cute things! I wish I could go more often!
